Global alliance agreement with Shell Catalysts & Technologies for carbon capture delivery🤝 We will work exclusively with Shell Catalysts & Technologies to deliver post-combustion amine-based carbon capture solutions using Shell’s CANSOLV® CO₂ Capture System to provide maximum value to customers. The alliance combines our integration and project delivery experience with Shell Catalysts & Technologies’ technology expertise to ensure seamless execution and continuous performance optimization for our customers from project inception through to operational support.  It also builds on the strong foundation of proven performance with two operating #CANSOLV facilities as well as four CANSOLV-based projects reaching a final investment decision within the past two years. This includes Net Zero Teesside Power, a pioneering project set to be the world’s first gas-fired power station with carbon capture and storage. A big win for chemical recycling and circularity ♻️ We’ve successfully concluded a multi-year joint development program with Anellotech, Inc. to commercialize Plas-TCat®, an innovative catalytic cracking technology that transforms mixed plastic waste directly into the base chemicals, which can then be used to produce new plastics. One year for Ekwil! Our floating offshore wind joint venture with SBM Offshore is blowing out its first candle this July! 🎂 In just 12 months, Ekwil has: ➡️ Launched INOC, an evolution of the flagship semi-sub solution INO, in collaboration with our affiliate Inocean ➡️ Successfully completed a rigorous series of tests for the #VIMFLO project, a vessel-based O&M solution for floating wind farms ➡️ Been selected to support Equinor on the #Bandibuli (Firefly) project in South Korea Ekwil was launched in July 2024 as a pure player in floating offshore wind, with a clear ambition to deliver reliable, scalable solutions built on proven technologies and the strength of two industry leaders. Unveiling Eastwood: our new sustainable and collaborative office in Lyon! 🏢 Last Thursday, we officially inaugurated our newest office, Eastwood, in the presence of clients and local representatives, and welcomed 750 colleagues from the Lyon Operating Center to their new workplace.  🌍 Eastwood is part of our global real estate strategy. In its design and use, it contributes to achieving our goal of Net Zero scope 1&2 by 2030 in all our buildings, everywhere in the world. 🧑💻 Eastwood spans 86,000 sq ft with over 600 workstations equipped with modern, high-performance, and collaborative audiovisual equipment.  🪵 What makes Eastwood so unique? It's built entirely with timber—making it the largest commercial wood-structure project in the entire Lyon metro area, and a great effort has been made on the building's environmental performance and design to reflect collaborative practices.   🛠️ Our Lyon Operating Center is a true engineering and technology hub, with over 40 projects currently in execution and acknowledged expertise in a wide variety of strategic markets from chemicals & polymers and sustainable fuels to industry and life sciences.
