[INVESTMENT] - Groupe Vabel strengthens its portfolio with the acquisition of Cottage, a brand of shower gels, shampoos and body care products. After 35 years with its long-standing shareholder, the brand, which had already subcontracted part of its production to Vabel, officially joins the group. This acquisition allows for the development of commercial synergies, by leveraging the sales forces of the two entities.
